Well, We might get some wintry mix weather... I'm NOT looking forward to it, because around here, everything comes to a standstill. We live out in the country, so when it'slike this, we don't have school. The buses can't go down those dusty dixie roads in the ice and sleet, so we just keep the kids home.. I cannot drive in ice or sleet, so I will stay, if I can't drive in it to work..
I don't like it. I like being able to get out and about. I get cabin fever.. Hopefully, if it comes, it will melt away quickly..

Try to keep warm if you are in this cold weather.. and If you have sunshine, I'm jeolous!..lol
Bunches of hugs, Sweet Peeps!

It's supposed to drop to -5 temp and -15 to -20 wind chill this weekend. Yeah, I know we're in Chicago, but I NEVER get used to the bitter cold. Good luck with your weather!

Good Morning Stephanie,
Oh my, I hope that picture is not in the area you live in. Did yall get any Snow or Ice last night? All we got was some cold rain. I seen on The Weather Channel yesterday afternoon that Atlanta, GA, was getting some Snow. It was coming down pretty good there around 3:40p.m. our time yesterday afternoon. I don't mind the Snow, but it's the Ice I don't like. I can do without the Ice. At least on Snow, you do have some traction. They are saying that this weekend we are supposed to have some of the coldest temperatures so far this Season. Hmmmm, I thought that just a couple of weeks ago it was frigid around here. Little do I know. LOL. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Stephanie,

I made it over to read your blog..:)

I didn't get up until around 7:30, and by then the snow was almost gone. So much for the little snowman!

Speaking of the ab-lounger in the post below, I've been debating on whether to buy one or not (don't know where I'd put it.) But my sister bought one at a yard sale (paid $7!) and she insists that it works real good but that it takes about 6 weeks to see improvment.

Because the garage is too cold right now, maybe I could stash it in my office until warm weather...

I guess you wouldn't want to be here in the Northeast right now! We got 14 inches of snow a couple days ago and it's supposed to snow again tomorrow (Friday), don't know how much and I guess it may change over to freezing rain. Don't know if we will have school or not, depends on the road conditions. I don't mind driving in all this stuff as I have 4-wheel drive and have grown right up in it but I hate for the buses to be out in it. My granddaughter is on that bus!!!!

That ab lounger looks like it really would give a good workout! I must look into that, I haven't been able to find my abs for years! lol!

Loved the list that your Aunt Dena sent you. I must try to print that off, it's really good.

Come by again soon, the coffee pot is always on and there is always a cat ready to sit in you lap!!

Yesterday we had a few flakes to fall but that was it. Thank goodness, for I can not handle snow or ice. I know they are saying that Sunday morning the temps are to be 19. BRRR....my bones are crying out already. Hope you and yours have a blessed day.

Hope you didn't get the wintry mix! It's the same here. Schools close, no one does anything about the gravel roads, such as mine, and we have to stay home and suffer from cabin fever! LOL.
