Happy Mardi Gras

Photobucket

I hope all of you are having a good day. We were having some problems with our wiring and our breaker box this morning and last night.I think we found the culprit. It's an old alarm clock. We have had that alarm clock for 15 years and I think It's finally done.. When we plugged it in, it started shorting out the circuit..
I threw it away.. I hope that's the problem.. We'll see. Everything seems to be working okay now..

We are under some severe weather warnings here in North Mississippi, so I may not be on line much longer. One thing about where we live, we get lots of T-storms and tornado watches..
Well... I'm home from work and the kids are home too. We'll try to stay high and dry and safe. If you are in the path of the severe weather, please be alert..
Oh, and Happy Mardi Gras!...

Bunches of hugs!

We're under severe weather warnings tonight as well, Stephanie. And like you, we get a lot of those in Southern Missouri as well. So far, we're only getting some rain. Praying here that we don't get anything too severe!

Be safe!

Hugs,

Renie

Oh I hope you don't get hit too bad with that weather! We are getting some snow today but just a couple inches, nothing to stop school or anything.

Congratulations to Kristen for winning first place in the Reading Fair!! I love to read and when I was her age my nose was in a book all the time, just couldn't get enough! Tell her I said GOOD JOB!

Good Early Morning Stephanie,
"HAPPY BELATED MARDI GRAS" to you as well. I have finally put up a post and told about the Tornadic Weather around here in Arkansas and in Tennessee. I sure hope yall didn't get anything too bad. They did sound the sirens here once tonight and we went to my MIL's house for a while. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,

Steph, I just wanted to check in on you and yours. I was watching the weather on t.v. and notice the storm that came over us was heading right toward ya'll and it looked very intense. We just had rotation in the sky the alarms didn't go off but the short time it took to get to you, well, I was afraid ya'll was in for a rough ride. I do know that Oxford was hit. Glad to hear that you found out what was causing your problems and atleast you didn't burn the house down.lol Hope you and yours have a blessed day.

Hi Mississippi Songbird,
I just read from the newspapers that a strong tornado cut a swath across four states in the US including Mississippi. I hope you and your family are safe and in the best of health. Do take care of yourselves and take the necessary precautions. You can never be too careful you know as our weather now are so erratic. May the good Lord bless you and keep you all from all harm. May He send His ministering angels to watch over you all. God bless you and your family always.

We have another snowstorm happening. It's actually a thunder snowstorm -- thunder, lightening, and snow. It's not as scary as what you're experiencing. I'm glad you're all safe.
