I'll do it, Stephanie! I'm on Central time, so I'll get myself to bed soon. I need to get to bed early anyway.

Have a blessed weekend!

Hugs,

Renie

Yes, we were part of this! My daughter and I turned off all our lights, then she went over to her friend's house and convinced them to turn theirs off, then her friend called her aunts and had THEM turn off the lights!! I'm sure you know and agree how important it is to have our children aware of our "green" choices and how in peril the earth is. Thanks for your post about this! I hope Earth Hour gets celebrated every year.

Have a lovely Sunday!

Good Afternoon Stephanie,
I'm sorry I didn't know about the Earth Hour sooner or I would have given it a try. Our youngest daughter is just so afraid of being in the dark and it's so hard to keep the lights off. I read your previous post as well and I totally understand about losing the extra hour of sleep. I do hope you get some rest this weekend. I have been MIA lately, but life around here has been busy. I did do a post this morning and am visiting a bit here and there. I woke up this morning sickly to my stomach and I can't sit up very long at a time. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Oops...missed it. We didn't have many lights on anyway as we only use what is needed. Have a good week.

Ah man I missed it! We were gone this weekend. I may do a replay to make a point to my girls! This was neat!

Stephanie,

I did this - I turned everything off for about 3 hours - afterwards, messed around in the kitchen for a few minutes, then I went to bed. I didn't miss anything turning off the power - I like to sit by candle light..
