Happy Labor Day, Everybody!

I got this from Yahoo..

10 Things to do before the end of Summer!

Hey, I'm so ready for fall, but I want to make sure I get these in..lol

I hope you have a wonderful Labor Day.I'm off work,so that's a plus!

Bunches of hugs....

1. Make the best burger in the world. Seriously.

Take a cue from the grilling pros that will have you flipping the hottest patty at the party.

( I've done this already..lol)

2.Pack a picnic. If you're not an avid picnic packer take a lesson from the pros.

( Does the family reunion pic-nic table count?)

3. Go for a bike ride

(I can do this..)

4. Throw a stress-free party...These great recipes for easy Labor Day eats will help you chill without getting super-glued to the stove.

5. Don't feel compelled to wear white...According to Shine's fashion expert, Jennifer Romolini, white has legs that extend beyond Labor Day. If you do decide to don white, try to avoid the grill without the proper protection.

6. Make your potato salad pop

There's no need to go ho-hum with your tater salad. Spice it up with one of these 10 potato salad recipes.

These sound yummy!

7. Watermelon! Yummy

8. Give ice cream it's just desserts

Whether it's your local parlor or homemade frozen bliss, now is the time to get your last licks in before fall.

We can do this..lol

9. Come bearing cool gifts

If you're a guest at a BBQ, Bring your host one of these 22 homemade gifts.

These sound like fun to make..

10. Meditate on maintaining your summer bliss. Think of all the cool things that have happened for you this summer!

I wish that pie were sitting on my counter top cooling. I'm so lazy anymore, I buy my pies ready to eat, sometimes the frozen kind you bake, makes the family think Mom's cooking again. LOL

Thanks for the ideas, Steph. Fall will be here in only a few weeks. I'm always ready for it because fall is my favorite time of the year. Picnics and bar-be-ques are fun in the fall too!

That's a great list! I can eat ice cream ANY time of year. Why do it just in the summer? lol

I love fall. It's my favorite time of year. I even like the clothes of fall best.

The list of "10" was great and could certainly be enjoyed into the changing season.

Have a great weekend.

Hugs,
Diane
