1/2 of a small fresh jalapeƱo chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped*
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1 ounce) (optional)

1. Lightly coat an unheated medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken in hot skillet; drain off fat.

So sorry to hear about your family and their loss. Hearing about these families reminds me when the tornado came thru here in 2001 and we lost our things. Isn't the weather just wonderful?! Hope your wrist is doing better. Hope you and yours have a blessed day.

Sounds good, but I would have to cut the recipe in half for just me. I'll be glad when cool weather arrives so we can cook more soups and stews. I don't care for them in hot weather at all.
