Sunday / Family Time

Well, We have had plenty of together time this holiday season.I think that the holidays are getting to us..lol We have been painting, remodeling, got a new refrigerator and a new dryer.. Re-did the bathroom vanity today...and now , My husband and son are putting in a new side door and then they are going to put some enclosed blinds on the front door... All this is like remodeling , which really is getting on my nerves..Don't get me wrong... I am thrilled to get these things done to the house..... But since my husband has been out of work, he has had daily projects, that consequently, include all of us working... and that's after we have been at work and at school all day, during the week.. and of course, during the weekend, there are the regular chores, like laundry, cooking, cleaning...etc....

Let me just say, that I will be so thankful when he goes back to work.... I'm sure he will be too..lol

I hope all of you are having a good Holiday season.. I'm sorry I'm not posting much... Don't have much time.... too many projects..."rolls eyes"

OKAY... I'm through ranting now...lol

Bunches of hugs....

It's nice you got some projects accomplished! Your cookies arrived. Did I tell you that? I was so caught up in trying to get mine baked and mailed and get ready to go out of town and last week was a VERY busy work week for me...

Anyway - Merry Christmas!

Although I've missed your posts, I sure understand your busyness. We just finished our upstairs bathroom and are about to start the downstairs. I love it when it's finished, hate the process.

Did hubby get the job? I'm still praying.

~hippo hugs~

I'd have to go! lol

Seriously, it's good that he's getting things done while he has the time off. He an OTR driver, so is my brother, and he will tell you that the last thing that he wants to do when he gets home/time off is do more driving (even to Home Depot or Lowe's) or unnecessary work around the house.

It took him all summer to hang a new screen door - by the time it was hanging, it was too cold too leave the door open!
