Peaceful Sunday

I am enjoying a peaceful Sunday. I am so thankful for all that I have. I guess I take for granted my life sometimes.. How precious my family and friends, and everything is.
The little things that are pet peeves to me, aren't really so bad. Others have it alot worse. I guess what I am trying to say is that the stress in my life, should just be turned over to God. He knows what's best for me. He takes care of me..
I hope all of you have a blessed Sunday!

Please check out Addie's Blog. She just recently updated, and since it's hard for her to update, Please take a few minutes and read it..
Again. God Bless all of you..
Bunches of hugs!

Good Afternoon Stephanie,
I'm glad you are having a peaceful Sunday afternoon. I have been having one as well. I am not feeling my best today, so I've been laying around and sleeping alot. We should always turn our stressful events over to GOD. I know it's hard to do sometimes, but HE is the only one who can take care of it for us. "THANK YOU" for letting us know about the update on Addie. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Stephanie,

Yes, a great attitude! I've been doing the same thing today, just enjoying the day and relaxing. I think I'm going to get comfortable on the couch and read for the rest of the evening. I have so many novels to catch up on!

Sometimes, reading is a good way to relieve stress too - just relax and drift into another world for a little while.

That's what I'm trying to do.Just to relax and maybe the stress will loosen up. Have a great week, Sweet Peeps!

Hi Mississippi Songbird,
We must always be grateful to God for all He has done for us. Instead of focusing on the things we lack, we must instead count our blessings. He gives us everything we need not everything we want because what we want may not be always what we need.
Thanks for the wonderful post. God bless you and your family always.

*Hugs* You are SO right-- there are so many blessings in this life, that sometimes we take them for granted, and focus on what's going wrong, instead of what's going right. I've really been trying to focus on the good, and all of my blessings, instead of the bad *hugs*

Your Sunday sounded like mine. Other than the kids bleaching each others hair. YIKES!!! Yes, they did. Some of them just got highlights and two of them completely bleached their hair. Hope you and yours have a blessed day.

Have you read Cheryl's blog today? She is saying the same things you are. Isn't that cool? I, too, have been trying to be thankful in the moment and show God's great love in the little things, smiles, thank-yous, little acts of kindness. Also, I took a long, long nap yesterday afternoon. Have a great day and a great week. I'm off to Addie's.

Hello, Thanks for commenting on Addie's blog. I spoke with her grandmother tonight. She was fine, but still worries about her "little" Addie. She's looking forward to May when Addie can come home.
