Saturdays Thoughts

I got up this morning, cooked breakfast and started the laundry. We got two of the three MP3/MP4 players that I bought on E-bay and have been downloading songs all day. I also got a book from my friend Janis in California. It's called Get Out Of My Life, but first will you drive me and Cheryl to the Mall?  It's a parents guide to the New teenager...lol
Boy, Do I need this.. and It's funny! I have been laughing and reading a little on and off all day.
I've also been playing on my favorite website, Radio Paradise.  You should stop in sometime.. It's fun to play in the forum and listen to the music..
It's been cold all day , but no sleet. They let the schools out early yesterday ,because of the sleet precdiction. We did get some, but not very much. I am so glad.. I don't like to be cooped up. I like to be able to go to town, if I need to, without the fear of sliding completely off the road getting out of my driveway..

Also, Please go and check out the Two Sisters Blog. They are having a Valentines Give-a-way..

Well, I hope all of you are having a great weekend. Thanks to all of you that participated in the meme. That was so fun!
Bunches of hugs!

Good Morning Stephanie,
WOW, I think I may need to read that book. We have an 11 year old fixing to be 12 in April, and boy howdy, she's already getting to act like a teenager. She is a good girl tho, but there is so much peer pressure and she wants to be like everyone else so she doesn't get made fun of. We have talked and talked to her, so hopefully she will heed our advice. We are under a Freezing Fog Advisory until 8:00a.m. It is foggy out. When DH left around 2:00a.m., I looked outside and it was very foggy around here. It is currently 29 degrees. We didn't get anything at all on Friday. It all went around us. LOL. I went over to the 2 Sister's Blog earlier this morning and entered the Giveaway. I will post about it on Monday. I had already done my Sunday's post before I went over there. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi Srephanie,

We had a beautiful Saturday, sunny and not real cold, so I spent a lot of time outdoors. I hate cabin fever, myself.

The book sounds like a fun read.

Your meme was fun to read. You had a lot of exciting things happen to you.

Have a blessed Sunday.
