Cran-Apple Hot Cider
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons whole allspice
4 sticks cinnamon (3 inch)
1 bottle (48 oz) apple cider (6 cups)
1 bottle (48 oz) cranberry juice cocktail (6 cups)

1. In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients.
2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours.

I've never tried this combination of cranberry and cider but it looks so pretty and I think it must taste delicious.
