The Wedding Went well.....

The wedding went well. I will have to get the photos developed( I don't have a digital camera).
The rehearsal dinner was great.  We had turkey, ham and a traditional Thanksgiving menu..

The wedding was beautiful.. It was a very large wedding.. There were 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen. The bride sang a song to the groom. That was the first one I had ever seen where they did that. I hear it's done alot now..lol

Then we had the reception at the convention center. I had wondered why they didn't have it in the huge family life center at the church, but they had a Bar and a band with dancing, so Then that was clear why..lol
It was odd to see a preacher, at a reception with beer and dancing..but he and his wife left when the band started playing.. Things have changed since I was young.
When I got married, I could not get married in the church, because my husband had been married before.. I guess they have come along way since then..

Today, I am just resting from all the activites of the last couple of days..
The main thing is that Jay and Anna are married, and they are so very happy. You could just tell the love that was between them. You could see their love for each other beam...
I'll write more about it, when I get the pictures back..
I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend..
Bunches of hugs...

I just love weddings! They give us all hope for a "FOREVER LOVE" and not really as much a "HAPPY ENDING" as it is a "HAPPY BEGINNING!" ~ jb///
