½ cup white vinegar
3 tbls.soy sauce
½ cup Brown Sugar

1.25 lb pre-cooked meat balls

shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions

1. Place vegetable and then meatballs into pot.
2. Mix Other ingredients together and pour into Crock Pot.
3. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on Low OR 3-4 hours on High.

4. Serve over your favorite pasta, rice, vegetables or just as an appetizer and sprinkle with cheese.

5. Finish off the meal with a Chinese Fortune cookie

Oh, they sound delish! I love Chinese food. We have a new Chinese Buffet opening next Monday in town. Big news around here, since the town has less than 2,000 residents. Can't wait to go and try it. Everyone says progress is finally being made in our little town. lol.

Happy 08-08-08!

Hugs,

Renie

No comment...as I don't care for Chinese cuisine at all. I love meatballs, though!!! It looks like an attractive dish, and I'm sure it is a tasty one for those who like that kind of food. I'll stick with the Italian cuisine...my favorite. LOL
