Oh, I LOVE hashbrowns! Now you've got me hungry for some! I don't care too much for cheese, though, so I make mine without it.

I am back and hope to get caught up with everyone by the end of the weekend. My son finally took his 2 cats home Sunday night. I had them almost a month, just 2 days shy of it being a full month. They require a lot of meds and time. I hope I can keep up with blogging again now.
