Slow Cooker Thursday / Hashbrown Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon Watkins pepper
2 cups Velveeta cheese, shredded or cubed
1/2 cup chopped onions
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes


PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup, pepper, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; gently stir in potatoes. Spoon mixture into lightly buttered slow cooker . Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours; turn to low and cook 2 1/2 hours longer.
Serves 8 to 10.

I LOVE hashbrown casserole. We do it even more with tater tots! (Thanks alot...now you've got me wanting some!!! LOL)

Oh YUMMY....this reminds me of the Hashbrown Casserole from Cracker Barrel...I'm definitely trying this one.

Oh, I LOVE hashbrowns! Now you've got me hungry for some! I don't care too much for cheese, though, so I make mine without it.

I am back and hope to get caught up with everyone by the end of the weekend. My son finally took his 2 cats home Sunday night. I had them almost a month, just 2 days shy of it being a full month. They require a lot of meds and time. I hope I can keep up with blogging again now.
